Sales and Account Manager - Construction Software Remote

Own the full UK sales cycle for the products forming the Scaff Plan end-to-end workflow - from first enquiry to close, renewal and growth.

Scaff Plan is used on 170,000+ scaffolding projects across 21 countries, and the UK is one of our fastest-growing markets. This role is the UK commercial engine: you find and win new scaffolding and construction customers, keep them successful, and grow their accounts.

£45k-£55k base, £95k+ OTE uncapped. Full-time, remote (UK), with travel to customers and industry events as required.

• The full sales cycle - qualification, discovery, demo, close, and the renewal after it
• Account growth and retention across your customer base, with accountability for churn
• Outbound pipeline generation alongside inbound enquiries - Linked In, referrals, industry data
• Hub Spot discipline good enough to forecast from - every call, every note, same day
• Follow-up: nothing sits idle, no commitment slips

• A B2B sales track record with numbers you can show: revenue, conversion, deal sizes
• Construction or built-environment sector knowledge - scaffolding a strong plus but not essential
• Structured working: qualification frameworks, CRM discipline, tight follow-up
• UK-based
• SaaS experience and Hub Spot help but are not required. We will teach you the product. We cannot teach you drive.
