Virtual Renewable Energy Sales Expert with Aira

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious person to join our Renewable Sales Team. You will be responsible for conducting sales appointments with customers, helping them understand how they can save money and reduce CO₂ emissions by switching to an air source heat pump and other clean energy technologies.

This is a hybrid home and field-based role
, with time split between working from home and travelling to conduct appointments in customers’ homes. You will work closely with our wider Sales, Planning, Operations and Design teams to deliver an excellent customer journey from initial appointment through to installation.

• Conducting face-to-face sales appointments in customers’ homes, as well as virtual appointments where appropriate, with customers interested in heat pumps and clean energy solutions.
• Educating and empowering customers on the benefits of air source heat pumps, solar, batteries and other green technologies.
• Reviewing customer-provided information such as photos, plans, drawings and specifications to assess technical feasibility.
• Carrying out accurate heat loss calculations and preparing quotations.
• Converting customer appointments into sales using a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or services where appropriate.
• Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline via our CRM system (Hub Spot).
• Collaborating closely with Planning, Operations and Design teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from appointment through to installation.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience using the Aira Sales Method.
• Managing your own diary and travelling efficiently between customer appointments.
• Completing follow-up activity, quotations and CRM updates from home between appointments.

We provide full product and system training at the Aira Academy, but we are looking for people who bring the following:

• A strong drive for success, passion for sales and an incredible team spirit.
• Confidence working with CRM systems and sales software.
• Strong communication skills and comfort selling via video.
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working.
• Highly results oriented with a strong drive to work towards targets and performance KPIs.
• A problem-solving mindset and confidence handling customer questions and objections.

Experience in renewables, energy, or technical sales is beneficial but not essential.
