As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. As Client Sales Manager, GSI, you'll play a key role in accelerating success within the UK Global Systems Integrator (GSI) market. You'll combine commercial expertise, relationship building, and strategic thinking to deliver meaningful growth while collaborating with diverse teams across the business.
- Develop and deliver innovative sales strategies focused on sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through opportunities within the GSI ecosystem.
- Build and strengthen strategic alliances and partnerships that create long-term value for customers and the business.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to pursue high-value opportunities and maximise win rates.
- Manage a portfolio of GSI accounts, identifying new growth opportunities and turning them into successful outcomes.
- Navigate complex commercial negotiations and contracting arrangements, including large-scale deals exceeding £1 million.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth while balancing profitability and customer value.
- Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline aligned to regional priorities and business objectives.
- Provide clear forecasting and performance insights to support decision-making and trading discussions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers.
