Trainee Sales Executive, Witney Up to £27,000 per annum + team bonus

Hybrid after probation (4 days in the office / 1 day working from home)

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the complete sales cycle under the guidance of an experienced team
• Learn to identify and qualify potential new business leads
• Manage inbound inquiries and build rapport with potential and existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
• Work towards achievable sales KPIs and team targets

What We Are Looking For

• Strong work ethic with a genuine desire to hit targets and develop a long-term career
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Upbeat attitude with the confidence to handle objections and learn from feedback
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
• Able to work from our Witney office 5 days a week during probation, transitioning to 4 days office / 1 day home working once passed
