• Drive new business development across multiple business units
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing deals
• Conduct product presentations and virtual demonstrations
• Perform outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media platforms
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer information within CRM systems
• Follow up consistently to build and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new opportunities
• Support customer onboarding and ensure a positive post-sales experience
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
• Attend in-person meetings, training sessions, and strategy days as required

• 0-2 years  experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment
• Sound understanding of the sales process and CRM systems
• Experience with lead generation and prospecting techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet targets
• Experience conducting virtual sales presentations will be advantageous
• Valid driver s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
