Their capabilities extend to world-class professional and managed IT Services. They are trusted by over 3,000 customers and are the only company in Europe that operates and commits to eight ISO international standards.

Due to expansion they are looking for multiple graduates to join their June.

The Role:

Joining as a Sales Executive on September 7th, you will be immersed into a sales academy that has existed since 2008. Your first 6 weeks will be office based and will consist of learning, shadowing, and starting to make sales calls. Once you are settled in, you will buddy up with a senior sales team member to help develop new business sales opportunities together.

At this point the role will become hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home. This will largely be a new business focused role however, there will be a small element of account management as you will be given a small portfolio of existing customers.

This company are dedicated to making you the best sales person you can be. Therefore, as part of the sales academy you will be enrolled onto a Level 3 IT Sales Apprenticeship. This is 13-month industry recognised programme is designed to fast track your development and help kickstart your career in IT Sales.

Your key responsibilities when settled into the role will include:

Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers/existing customers.
Providing remote support for opportunities
Attending face to face meetings with potential clients
Consulting clients on the company portfolio and services provided
Negotiating pricing with clients to achieve sales in line with pricing policies and client requirements
Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales, along with regular activity reporting
Ensuring that sales and KPI targets are achieved

The package for this graduate sales role:

£28,000 basic salary
£36,000 OTE (uncapped)
