Are you currently working in internal sales and ready to take the next step into a field-based sales role?

Do you enjoy building relationships with customers, finding opportunities and winning business - but haven't yet had the chance to move into field sales?

We're looking for an ambitious Internal Sales professional with experience working with aerospace or defence customers who wants to develop their career into field sales
.

You don't need previous field sales experience.

We'll give you the training, support and development you need to become a successful field sales professional.

You'll be working from home, managing your own customers and territory, meeting customers face-to-face and developing long-term relationships across the aerospace and defence sectors.

The focus is on understanding customers, identifying opportunities and providing the right solution - rather than simply selling a product.

• Building strong relationships with existing customers

• Finding and developing new sales opportunities

• Visiting customers and developing face-to-face relationships

• Understanding what customers need and helping them find the right solution

• Growing sales and developing your own customer base

• Working closely with the wider sales team to win new business

• Managing your own diary, pipeline and territory

We're particularly interested in people who are currently working in internal sales and already deal with aerospace or defence customers

You don't need to have worked in field sales before.
