Role Description The Regional Aftersales Manager OEM is a full-time, hybrid role based in SCOTLAND, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing aftersales performance across a designated region, including dealer network support, service operations, and parts performance. Day-to-day activities include monitoring key performance indicators, driving customer satisfaction initiatives, and collaborating with dealers to improve service quality, warranty processes, and retention programs.

The role also involves conducting regular dealer visits, providing coaching and training, implementing OEM aftersales strategies, and ensuring alignment with brand standards. The Regional Aftersales Manager will work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product to share market insights, support campaigns, and contribute to continuous improvement in the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Aftersales and OEM experience, including service operations, parts management, and dealer network support.
  • Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with partners and end customers.
  • Solid Sales and commercial acumen, including experience in upselling service products, retention programs, and aftersales campaigns.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret KPIs, performance reports, and customer feedback to drive action plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in the automotive sector or related industries, ideally within an OEM or dealer network environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage regional travel, and organize time and priorities independently.
  • Competence with MS Office and relevant dealer management or CRM systems; familiarity with data dashboards and reporting tools is beneficial.
  • Relevant vocational qualifications or a degree in business, automotive management, or a related field are advantageous.
