C&M Travel Recruitment seeks a Business Development Manager who will represent luxury hotels across the Caribbean, Mexico and beyond. Based in the UK, you will nurture relationships with travel agents, tour operators and trade partners in the UK, DACH and Poland. The role is remote with frequent European travel and occasional long-haul trips.
You will leverage
German and English fluency, strong CRM usage, and engaging presentations to drive growth, plan market visits and host trade events.
