Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to drive growth through the Comp Air distributor network across a defined UK territory. The role is field-based with home-based setup and regular travel to distributor and customer sites.
You will build distributor relationships, develop growth plans, manage forecasts and budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver revenue and margin targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
