• Drive profitable sales growth within the assigned area through active customer development and strong commercial execution;
• Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities across the territory;
• Expand market presence by building relationships with new customers, distributors, workshops, and other relevant business partners;
• Develop and implement area sales plans with a strong focus on business acquisition and revenue growth;
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and maintain disciplined follow-up on leads, prospects, and commercial opportunities;
• Increase share of business with existing customers while actively targeting new accounts;
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing developments to identify growth opportunities;
• Support commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer agreements in line with company guidelines;
