An opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to win and develop long-term manufacturing programmes with leading industrial OEMs across the UK.

The business specialises in advanced plastic moulding solutions, supplying engineered components into global industrial markets. Contracts are typically multi-year programmes, often supporting products throughout their lifecycle. Many run 5-10 years or longer, creating stable, long-term customer partnerships.

Working in a home-based role with national customer responsibility, you will have the autonomy to identify, develop and secure new UK manufacturing programmes.
