We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join MCI's virtual sales team. As a remote outbound sales agent, you will make calls to potential and current customers, presenting products and addressing their needs effectively. Successful candidates will thrive on meeting sales targets while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound calls to clients and prospects
• Promote products and services persuasively
• Identify and meet customer needs with tailored solutions
• Close sales and meet or exceed performance metrics
• Keep detailed records of sales communications
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferably has prior experience in outbound sales
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
