Astaris is seeking a Business Development Manager in Shoreham-by-Sea with hybrid/remote/on-site flexibility. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect and close large leisure group accounts, and guide them into ongoing partnerships.
You’ll leverage a proven toolkit to convert cold opportunities into long-term contracts and manage relationships through onboarding and account management. Ideal candidates have a strong B2B sales history, outbound mastery, and familiarity with the leisure sector.
