Business Development Manager | Remote

• Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B partners to drive company acquisition.
• Own the process from prospect identification through qualification and handoff to the sales team.
• Execute high volume outbound activity across email, Linked In, phone, and other creative channels.
• Utilize Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools to build and manage strong leads pipelines.
• Articulate complex AI and data concepts in a simple and compelling way to founders and executives.
• Vet companies against defined partnership criteria, shortlisting high-potential prospects for further engagement.

Requirements

• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to persuade and build rapport.
• Be comfortable engaging with CEOs, founders, and senior executives.
• Have the ability to build trust quickly and navigate conversations around privacy, security, confidentiality, and data ownership.
• Demonstrate expertise in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
• Have advanced proficiency with Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
