Magic is seeking an Account Executive to work exclusively with inbound, warm leads. No cold calling or prospecting from scratch.
You will handle 2–8 inbound discovery calls per day and 15+ per week with C-level and Director-level prospects, keeping the CRM clean and moving deals forward. Success relies on discipline, persistence, and effective communication.
Compensation is paid monthly in USD: 3,500–4,500 USD at 100% quota, 5,000+ USD at 150%+, with performance-based upside.
