About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join their thriving sales team in Pietermaritzburg . You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role involves a mix of in-office collaboration and on-the-ground client engagement within the Kwa Zulu-Natal region. You will work with a supportive team that values innovation and a customer-centric approach, contributing to strategic sales initiatives and market expansion efforts.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads through various outreach methods including networking and market research.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and market trends.

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales , with at least 5 years of experience.
• Excellent understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive market.
