Territory Sales Manager - Remote

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their fully remote sales force, overseeing a specific geographic region that includes Nelspruit . You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive market share, acquire new customers, and manage existing client relationships within your territory. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead by example and achieve ambitious sales targets, all while working independently in a remote capacity, contributing to a high-performance sales culture.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales quotas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and channel partners.
• Provide market feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting for the territory.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a management or team leadership capacity.
• Proven success in developing and executing territory sales plans.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing remote sales teams or working independently in a remote sales role.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
