CEI Agent; Foreign Worker EA Consultant Job Singapore,Sales

Job Description

1. Provide professional customer service and consultation for corporate enquiries regarding foreign WP worker recruitment, manpower quota and MOM compliance matters.
2. Source and secure new corporate employer hiring orders for foreign worker placements daily.
3. Create and update worker matching schedule according to new corporate sales orders and hiring requirements.
4. Source, screen, evaluate and match PRC, Malaysian and foreign workers for local company recruitment needs.
5. Handle full placement procedures including IPA application, WP Online submission, document verification and worker deployment arrangement.
6. Maintain complete EA official documents, employment contracts and administrative records to comply with MOM regulations.
7. Conduct regular client follow-up, manage order progress and provide after-placement support to retain corporate clients.
8. Generate repeat business opportunities and achieve monthly sales and placement targets.
9. Assist in daily agency operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments from management.
10. Experienced candidates with existing corporate client resources are highly welcome.
11. Full time role with flexible hybrid / work from home arrangement available.
12. Full time permanent position, salary S $2000 - S $10000 (Basic + High Commission, unlimited earning).

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in basic computer applications for daily admin and documentation work.
2. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in manpower agency, corporate sales or foreign worker recruitment field.
3. Excellent client sourcing, follow-up and interpersonal skills to communicate with corporate clients and internal teams.
4. Keep patient, responsible and professional when handling client enquiries and placement matters.
5. Adaptable and resourceful, able to work independently and manage own workload.
6. Good team player with strong initiative and willingness to grow in the EA industry.
7. Versatile, detailed-oriented and highly self-motivated to hit sales targets.
8. Must be a fast learner to handle high volume of client enquiries, orders and administrative work.
9. Valid Basic CEI certification is mandatory for this role, no training will be provided.
