Gumtree is seeking a Retentions Advisor for a UK-based remote role with two weeks on-site training in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The position is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours (9am–5pm or 10am–6pm). The base salary is £26,500 per year, plus commission potential up to £35,000 in the first year.
