We're working with an established business that is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to cover Scotland.

This is a field-based, relationship-led sales role with a strong focus on public sector contracts, new business development and growing existing customer relationships.

The Business Development Manager Opportunity

• Manage and develop your own territory across Scotland.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Spend significant time visiting clients and attending exhibitions.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events.
• Support customers with product selection and project requirements.
• Arrange product demonstrations and training where required.

Must Haves

• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience with in one of the following sectors:
  Food & Drink, Catering Supplies or Public Sector Equipment
• Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment.
