Our client is undergoing a dynamic and exciting Sales Transformation process that will result in them delivering in excess of £1 billion a year. If you want to be a part of their journey, they are looking for a talented Senior Sales Manager who can help them achieve significant growth by selling their services into the marketplace. Hybrid working with 2 days in the office in Central London Responsibilities To lead, develop and drive the Digital & Audio Sales teams to ensure they maximise revenues by developing existing relationships, increase market share by cross selling, proactively driving new business and delivering excellent customer service. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will proactively contribute to departmental strategy, and assist in the delivery of company wide priorities & KPIs.

Direct line management of two Key Account Managers, indirect management of a team of seven. About You Our client celebrates and individuality promotes a culture of acceptance and openness. Alongside that they are looking for these qualities and experience:
Proven ability to manage and inspire a high performing sales team. Experience in high volume sales e.g. call centre Excellent people management, motivational and communication skills with experience of leading and developing people managers and delivering through others, embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Strong analytical and numeracy skills, including variance reporting. Ability to understand and interpret data, presenting information clearly and concisely Strong negotiation skills with proven track record Commercially focussed and results orientated, with proven track record of exceeding financial sales targets Extensive experience using CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, to exceed sales targets Educated to degree level What's in it for you?
