Business Developer (All Locations) Requirements:

3+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, or BD in blockchain/fintech.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with token listing, liquidity, and DeFi business mechanics.
Data-driven approach to prioritizing opportunities.

Nice to have:

Existing network across exchanges, aggregators, or developer communities.
Multi-lingual or regional market expertise.

Position Flow:

Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships and integrations.
Build and manage a pipeline (partnership CRM) and partner onboarding processes.
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and legal to launch collaborations.
Negotiate commercial terms and co-marketing activities.
Represent Mono at events and manage partner relationships long-term.
