Salary: £31,000 with a supporting payment guarantee for a fixed period
Car Allowance: £3,500 or Company Car
- Essential: A full driving license
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £70,000 (uncapped—you’re in control!)
Work Pattern: 5 days a week (including Saturdays, with 2 Saturdays off per month), Monday–Friday: 08.30–17.30, Saturday: 09.00–17.00, Option to work from home 1 day a week!

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be there for them, drawing on your wisdom and knowledge to make sure they get the best advice and support to achieve their dreams! And with your Area Mortgage Manager by your side, you’ll have all the support you need to be the best you can be! You’ll receive warm leads from our amazing estate agents, and with full administrative backup, you can focus on what you do best: helping customers!
