A lot of that happens through the distributor channel - you'll spend meaningful time in the field with Bunzl sales teams on joint customer visits, completing site surveys and supporting product demonstrations and trials. You'll deliver engaging product and application training so branch and field teams understand where Odor Bac adds value and can confidently introduce it to customers. Day to day you'll own a clear territory plan, keep momentum from first conversation through trial, conversion and repeat business, and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast.

What they need You'll come from professional cleaning, hygiene, janitorial, chemical or a closely related facilities-management supply market . On top of that: A proven B2B field sales, strategic account management or BDM background Experience selling through distributors or channel partners - engaging and motivating teams who don't report to you Evidence of growing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business A consultative, value-based approach and the confidence to explain technical products in clear commercial language Strong presentation, product-training and demonstration skills Commercial awareness, sound numeracy and the discipline to manage a pipeline, territory plan and forecast A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly across the South of England This vacancy is being advertised by Aaron Wallis Recruitment and Training Limited operating as an Employment Agency, registered in England No.
