As a Dental Solutions Sales Representative Based In Riyadh
- Saudi Arabia, You Will Take Care Of Our Assigned Accounts Within Assigned Territory And Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

Leading sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed annual sales targets and business objectives.
Implementing territory and account plans that drive sustainable growth and
maximize customer value.
Determining customer needs and recommending appropriate Solventum Dental solutions through effective consultative selling.
Supporting customers, distributors, and key stakeholders by building strong
relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Managing opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

Qualifications

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Dentistry,
Dental Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field
Three (3) or more years of sales experience in the dental, medical device, healthcare, or related industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and business objectives
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Experience in territory management, account planning, and customer relationship management
Experience in restorative, preventive, orthodontic, or digital dental solutions
Knowledge of the Saudi dental market, distribution channels, and healthcare ecosystem
Experience working in a multinational healthcare or medical technology
organization
Strong presentation, relationship-building, and business development skills

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel within Saudi Arabia)
