Sales Development Representative

Overview

We"re SerenityGPT— a fast-growing AI startup that brings a ChatGPT-like experience to the workspace by employing Natural Language Search and Agentic AI across corporate data. Our customers include global firms such as Perforce, Inter Systems, and Testronic.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in the sales process by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers.

Location:

Remote from anywhere, must be able to overlap with European and US time zones.

Package:
This is a COMISSION-ONLY role, but there’s a good chance it could turn into a salaried position within 6 to 12 months with a future acuity opportunity.

Languages:

Fluency in written and spoken English is a must-have; native level preferred.

• Outreach:
  Engage with prospects through cold calling, email and Linked In outreach to introduce our products/services and nurture relationships.
• Qualification:
  
  Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their fit for our solutions, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.
• Appointment Setting:
  Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives to further pursue.

• Your communication skills are top-notch - whether nailing that cold call or crafting the perfect email, you know how to leave a lasting impression.
• This position requires an outgoing, proactive, and results-driven individual who is unafraid of rejection and passionate about technology sales.
• You have basic knowledge of outreach platforms and are familiar with the lead generation process.
