The Service Sales Representative is responsible for advising and supporting existing customers, and for the proactive acquisition of new customers and promotion of the range of APROVIS - Services to ensure sustainable business growth.

The aim is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and realise revenue potential through maintenance contracts, spare parts, retrofits or service offerings.

Gas Cooling Systems (Fri Con), Exhaust Gas Heat Exchangers, Heat Recovery Steam Generators, SCR-Catalytic Converters.

• Advising existing customers and actively acquiring new customers and marketing the APROIVS service portfolio to drive sustainable business growth
• Managing and developing customer relationships (Cross-Selling, Upselling-Potentials)
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
• Close collaboration with the internal after-sales and service departments

• Several years of experience in after-sales, customer service, or technical sales in the field of CHP-business
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Solution-oriented and structured approach to work
• Willingness to travel extensively
