Responsibilities

Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals
Consistently meet reputed company performance metrics (reputed company, compliance, collections)
Maintain accurate documentation and follow reputed company required laws and standards
Build trust quickly through reputed company listening, reputed company, and strong communication
Accomplish minimum requirements for KPIs including reputed company reputed company scores monthly and minimum fees

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
