Remote Client Success Manager at CDM

Drive success for home improvement clients remotely as a Client Success Manager with Clever Digital Marketing. This full-time position focuses on managing client relationships and delivering data-driven strategies.

As part of the Accelerator Business Unit, you will oversee 10–15 accounts, translating complex performance data into actionable insights.

Your role requires building trust through proactive communication and guiding clients towards operational improvements that enhance their sales processes and conversion rates. You will partner closely with internal teams to boost client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain client contact for portfolio

• Diagnose and analyze marketing funnel performance

• Lead strategic calls to discuss client objectives

• Proactively identify upsell and retention strategies

• Collaborate with media buyers on performance insights

Requirements:

• 4+ years in client-facing roles or account management

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• High proficiency in Excel/Sheets and analytics tools

• Familiarity with home improvement marketing practices

• Ability to handle multiple accounts effectively
