Position: Giatec Sales Manager Hybrid Role
Join Giatec as a Sales Manager, guiding the North American Smart Rock Sales team from Ottawa. Excel in driving new client acquisition and nurturing existing accounts in a hybrid setup.

You will oversee a dynamic team of Account Executives focused on expanding Giatec's customer base while ensuring client satisfaction. This role is crucial in managing both revenue growth and team performance, leveraging Giatec’s advanced concrete solutions to meet market demands. Your key strength in communication and team motivation will foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team dedicated to client acquisition and retention

• Achieve performance targets for new business and expansion

• Understand customer pain points and communicate value

• Ensure proper pipeline management through Salesforce and Gong

• Run regular team meetings for skill development and progress

Requirements:

• Proven sales leadership experience in construction or concrete

• 5 years of sales experience, 2 in management roles

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA
