Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Telemarketer to support business development and lead-generation activities remotely.
The role will primarily involve data consolidation, cold calling and email outreach to prospective business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective corporate clients.
- Introduce the company's services and identify potential business opportunities.
- Send introductory and follow-up emails to prospective clients.
- Research and consolidate company and business contact information.
- Perform data tabulation and maintain an organized database of prospective clients.
- Update call results, contact details, follow-up status and relevant remarks accurately.
- Identify relevant company contacts, such as HR or hiring personnel, using appropriate business sources.
- Follow up with prospective clients when required.
- Maintain accurate records of daily outreach activities.
- Provide general administrative and business development support as assigned.
Requirements
- Comfortable communicating with prospective clients over the phone and by email.
- Able to work independently in a work-from-home arrangement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and comfortable working with spreadsheets and email.
