What you will be working on- Design and develop communications materials to help supervisors understand CPF Board's leadership language and initiatives, including topics such as Generative Leadership and new leadership competencies.
- Research and curate learning resources tailored to supervisors at different levels, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and aligned with leadership competencies.
- Create microlearning content such as short videos and interactive slides to support bite-sized, engaging learning experiences for leaders.
- Enhance and maintain the leadership portal to ensure it remains a useful and up-to-date resource for supervisors.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of leadership programmes and related events.
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experienced in or familiar with graphic design and visual communication, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials.
- Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Interested in learning and development or organisational development topics.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from January 2027 to June 2027
