About the OpportunityAn established global technology company specializing in AI-powered fleet safety, telematics, and mobility solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support its continued expansion throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Having established an exceptional reputation within the United Kingdom's public transportation market, where approximately 70% of UK bus operators are already customers, the organization is now focused on accelerating growth across continental Europe.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Sales, based in the United Kingdom, this is a highly visible individual contributor role offering the opportunity to help drive the company's next stage of international growth.
CompensationExcellent earning opportunity.
Base salary ranging from £80,000 to £95,000
, commensurate with experience, plus an uncapped commission plan of equal value.
Expected total on-target earnings range from approximately £160,000 to £190,000 OTE

This position plays a critical role in helping enterprise organizations adopt innovative technologies that protect drivers and passengers while improving fleet performance.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will help expand the company's footprint beyond its already dominant UK presence and establish new enterprise customer relationships throughout the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business development across assigned territories throughout the EMEA region.
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans focused on enterprise growth.
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close complex SaaS opportunities with enterprise organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive business development.
- Deliver compelling executive presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with C‑suite executives, operational leaders, and key business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to maximize revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
- Monitor competitive activity, customer requirements, and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, and regional business events.
- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B enterprise technology sales experience, including at least 2 years selling enterprise SaaS solutions.
