About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and articulate Remote Sales Representative to join their expanding virtual sales team, serving clients nationwide from their operational hub near Welkom. This role is fundamental in connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that drive sales conversions. You will leverage digital tools and communication platforms to build rapport, answer inquiries, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and video conferencing to generate leads and drive sales.
• Understand customer needs and effectively present product/service solutions that meet those needs.
• Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas on a consistent basis.

• Proven experience in a Sales Representative or inside sales role.
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills, especially over virtual channels.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
• A strong drive to succeed and a positive, resilient attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
