Field Sales Executive

Our client is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand market presence in and around Paarl, Western Cape . This hybrid role requires regular client visits in the field, combined with flexible remote work for administrative tasks and strategic planning. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their unique needs, and presenting compelling solutions that align with our offerings.

• Actively prospect for new business opportunities within the designated sales territory.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-up and exceptional service.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field sales or business development role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing a client base.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work model.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential.
