About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead their sales organization from a fully remote capacity. This executive position is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, and expand market reach. You will work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
This role offers the unique opportunity to build and scale a high-performing sales function in a flexible, remote-first environment, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a remote sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving accountability.
- Establish and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation programs and sales enablement materials.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, ideally managing a remote team.
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling sales organizations and exceeding revenue goals.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies , CRM systems, and sales forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills for a remote setting.
