You will be responsible for presenting insurance solutions, explaining policy details, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.

• Guide clients through the application process and ensure accurate completion of all necessary forms.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Previous experience in sales , particularly in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a results-driven environment.
• Comfortable and proficient working with remote technology and virtual communication tools.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A valid driver's license is not required due to the fully remote nature of this role.
