About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Client Relationship Manager to foster strong partnerships with their portfolio of beauty and wellness brands. In this fully remote position, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our services is exceptional. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and drive client success.

This role is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts, all managed from the convenience of your home office.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the beauty and wellness sectors.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and proactively propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
• Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, developing strategies to improve retention and foster loyalty.
• Regularly report on account status, client feedback, and potential risks or opportunities to management.

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager , Account Manager, or similar role, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
