About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to manage and grow client relationships within the Bloemfontein area. This role focuses on nurturing existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. - Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., support, product) to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing sales role.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency with CRM software for tracking client interactions and sales activities.
- Familiarity with the Bloemfontein market and its business landscape.
