About the Role

Our client is seeking a sophisticated and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to oversee and grow their most valuable client relationships in the Stellenbosch region. This role is integral to client retention and expansion, requiring a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver exceptional service and value. You will work closely with clients to ensure their objectives are met, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and serve as the primary point of contact.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts in the Stellenbosch area.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our client's products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and account management best practices.
