About the Role

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients through effective virtual engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and remote collaboration tools is essential for this remote role.
