Job responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls and responding to online enquiries,understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale Conduct calls in line with company call quality framework Identifying and acting on selling, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities Delivering outstanding customer service Maintaining and developing a rapport with existing and new customers via telephone calls and online Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet /exceed company targets and personal KPIs Managing own pipeline of opportunities to close Responding to leads in a timely manner What we are looking for:
Driven, ambitious, with proven sales experience in telephone sales, in a fast-paced environment. Preferred minimum 3 years' experience Outstanding customer focus Accurate keyboard skills and previous experience of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Excellent attention to detail A professional telephone manner A target-driven, dynamic approach Ability to deliver a high level of customer care Ability to work on own initiative and also be an excellent team player
