Business Development Manager (Medical Equipment) £45,000 - £55,000  Company Benefits  Company Car  Fuel Card  Training  Company Bonus  Commission Structure Camden - Remote / Regional Patch Are you a Business Development Manager or similar from a medical equipment background looking to join an expanding, independent medical equipment company where you will drive new business, develop key healthcare accounts and increase your earnings through company bonuses?

Established over 30 years ago, this leading independent biomedical engineering specialist provides medical device supply, maintenance, training and lifecycle management services. Supporting NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers and clinical organisations across the UK, the business generates annual revenues of around £35 million while continuing to invest in innovation and growth. In this role, you will focus on driving new business across the healthcare sector, identifying and developing opportunities with NHS Trusts, private hospitals and other healthcare providers.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, develop tailored solutions, prepare proposals and tenders, and manage the full sales process from initial contact through to contract award. You will also work closely with engineering and operational teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements. This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar from a medical equipment, medical devices or biomedical engineering background, looking for a remote-based role where they can win new business, build long-term relationships and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

THE ROLE:

Drive new business across NHS Trusts, private hospitals and healthcare providers Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop new sales opportunities Manage the full sales process, including proposals, tenders and contract negotiations Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders and service agreements Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling Travel across the Southern England, with monthly attendance at the Birmingham office THE PERSON:
Business Development Manager or similar Background in medical devices, medical equipment or biomedical engineering Proven experience winning new business within the NHS or private healthcare sector Full UK Driving Licence Reference: BBBH
