About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote Sales Specialist to join their fully remote sales force, based out of Tembisa, Gauteng . This position is critical for driving revenue growth by connecting with clients nationwide. You will leverage digital tools and communication platforms to build rapport, understand client needs, and close deals. This role offers the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa.

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through virtual channels, including video calls, email, and phone.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify suitable product or service solutions.
• Deliver compelling virtual product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, maintaining meticulous records in the CRM.
• Collaborate effectively with remote internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a performance-driven environment.

• Demonstrated success in a remote sales role or similar outside sales position.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust virtually.
• Strong understanding of various CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity remotely.
• A deep understanding of sales methodologies and the sales cycle.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a sales-focused role.
