About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Remote Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships within the Welkom sales territory. This is a fully remote role, empowering you to build strong partnerships from your home office. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our client's products and services.
Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of client business objectives, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a virtual environment.
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth and client retention goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., support, product) to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Gather client feedback and provide insights to the product and marketing teams.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing sales role, with a strong focus on retention and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, especially in a remote context.
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience with account management strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a remote setting.
