Position: Senior Sales Development Representative (Remote)
Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) Remote (NI Base) | £30,000 £ 35,000  Bonus & Commission 3 Peaks Recruitment are working with a fast-growing B2B technology and demand generation business as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced outbound SDR/BDR who loves picking up the phone, building relationships and generating quality opportunities across the UK and US markets.

What you'll be doing:
Own outbound prospecting across UK & US markets Generate and book qualified meetings with senior B2B decision-makers Use a multi-channel approach across phone, email and Linked In Work closely with Account Directors to hand over qualified opportunities Own and consistently deliver against SDR/BDR targets Use CRM and sales tools including Hub Spot, Sales Navigator, Apollo and Clay Feed market and prospect insights back into the wider sales strategy

What we're looking for:

24 years experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role Proven track record of hitting targets and generating qualified meetings Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills

Experience with in SaaS, technology, cyber, cloud or data highly advantageous US/North American prospecting experience a strong advantage Confident, commercially driven and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers What's on offer? £30,000 £ 35,000 basic salary Competitive bonus & commission structure Health & pension benefits 25 days holiday Annual wellbeing allowance Fully remote working Clear progression opportunities into sales or SDR leadership
