Shaw Contract's Asia Pacific Commercial Sales Division is looking to hire a strategic, growth-oriented Country Manager to lead and expand our business in Singapore. This role serves as the primary market leader for one of Asia's most influential commercial interiors hubs, driving business growth through strong customer relationships, dealer partnerships, specification development, and market engagement. The successful candidate will lead business development efforts across commercial workplace, hospitality, and education segments, strengthen Shaw's position within the architecture and design community, and identify new opportunities to accelerate growth throughout the Singapore market.

- Lead the overall growth strategy and business performance for Shaw's Singapore market, with accountability for revenue growth and market development.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase specifications, project opportunities, and market share across commercial workplace and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, project management firms, contractors, end users, and key market influencers.
- Partner closely with Shaw's dealer network to drive sales performance, strengthen brand representation, and achieve shared growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while developing a robust pipeline of commercial projects.
- Serve as the key point of contact for major accounts and strategic relationships within the Singapore market.
- Collaborate with regional Commercial and Hospitality business development leaders to secure project wins and support global account initiatives.
- Train, coach, and support dealer sales teams on product positioning, specification selling, and market development strategies.
- Evaluate sales channels and recommend innovative approaches to improve market penetration and business results.
- Utilize Salesforce and other business tools to manage opportunities, forecast business activity, and monitor performance.
- 5+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience within commercial interiors, flooring, architectural products, furniture, building materials, workplace solutions, hospitality products, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- Experience developing relationships with architects, designers, contractors, end users, dealers, distributors, or specification-focused customers.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn Salesforce and other business systems.
- Legal authorization to work in Singapore. Must have a valid work pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower (if the employee is not a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.)
- Ability to carry samples and be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
