Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home Job Type: Permanent Start Dates: 29th September, 13th October or 27th October 2026 The Opportunity We're recruiting for experienced Telesales Executives to join a growing team in Lincoln City Centre. This is a fast-paced, high-volume B2C outbound telesales role, making around 90 calls per day to warm leads. These aren't cold calls – you'll be speaking to customers who already have a relationship with the business, giving you the opportunity to have meaningful conversations and convert genuine customer opportunities.

We're looking for confident telesales professionals who are comfortable working at pace, managing high call volumes and working towards clear sales and performance targets. Experience using a dialler and working within a B2C sales environment would be highly beneficial. What You'll Be Doing Making around 90 outbound calls per day to warm customer leads Having engaging conversations to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities Using a dialler and multiple systems to manage your customer interactions Working towards individual and team sales and performance targets Handling objections confidently and converting opportunities into sales Following clear processes, scripts and regulatory requirements Maintaining high standards of customer service, call quality and compliance Managing your own workload and performance in a high-volume environment Working collaboratively as part of a supportive, high-performing sales team What We're Looking For We're looking for experienced, motivated and resilient telesales professionals who enjoy speaking to customers and are comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment.

Ideally, you'll have:
Previous B2C telesales or outbound sales experience Experience making a high volume of calls, ideally 90 calls per day Experience working with a dialler A strong track record of working towards and achieving sales targets Confidence handling objections and closing sales Excellent communication and customer engagement skills The resilience to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Good organisation and the ability to manage your own performance Confidence using IT systems and working across multiple platforms

Experience with in a regulated environment, particularly financial services or insurance, would be advantageous but isn't essential.
