Critical Playground LLC is seeking a dedicated HR/People Ops lead for a three-day-a-week, fully remote contract role. You will own the performance and growth cycle, manage onboarding, contracts, and offboarding, and help shape learning and development across the team across multiple countries.
You will collaborate with founders and department heads, maintain our Notion knowledge hub, and ensure rituals and culture stay strong as we scale, while handling budgets and quarterly reviews.
